The Remedies
Pick 1-2 that fit your life. Do them weekly without missing for at least 3 months.

Feed a black dog on Saturdays. Stale chapati, leftover rice — what matters is the act, not the food. The black dog is Shani's vehicle.

Pour mustard oil down a Peepal tree on Saturday evenings. Light a small mustard-oil lamp at the base.

Donate iron items (a small iron coin, an iron ring, or a small iron tool) to a manual labourer on Saturday morning.

Recite Hanuman Chalisa daily — at least once. This is THE most-recommended Lal Kitab remedy across all Saturn-period challenges.

Honour the elderly and the poor. Visit an old-age home occasionally. Saturn is the planet of the marginalised — serving them serves him.

Avoid alcohol, meat, and intimacy on Saturdays for 11 weeks. The discipline itself is the offering.

Black urad dal, mustard oil, iron, blue/black cloth, sesame seeds (til), shoes (especially old), umbrella to the elderly.

- • Disrespect to servants, manual workers, drivers
- • Arguing with elderly people

Saturn is the slowest. Visible relief usually takes 6-12 months of consistent practice. Sade Sati phases run their full 7.5 years regardless — the remedies make them survivable, not skippable.
