Most of what we sell is digital — reports arrive in your inbox, consultations happen in-app. This page is the single place where delivery times and channels are spelled out.

Delivered to your email and dashboard within 5 minutes of successful payment. Brihat Kundli reports can take up to 24 hours due to manual review.
Live consultations
Joinable from your dashboard at the scheduled time. We send a reminder email 30 minutes before.
Puja bookings
Performed at the date and time you booked, by the pandit you chose. Live stream link arrives 30 minutes before start.
Wallet recharge
Credited instantly upon successful payment. If you don't see the credit within 10 minutes, contact support — your transaction is safe.
VedHoroscope sells digital products and services. We don't physically "ship" most of what we deliver, but we're still bound to tell you clearly when and how each thing arrives. This page covers every delivery channel, the maximum time you should expect to wait, and what to do if delivery doesn't happen.

PDF reports (Kundli, Brihat, Marriage Match, others)
How: After payment, we generate the PDF on our servers from your birth details. You get an email with a download link, and the same link is available on your dashboard under My Reports.
When: Standard reports — Detailed Kundli, Marriage Match, Numerology, Career — arrive within 5 minutes. Brihat Kundli (50+ pages, classical text references) can take up to 24 hours because it goes through a manual scholarly review.
Re-download: Your PDF stays in your dashboard forever (or until you delete your account). You can download it any number of times.
Didn't receive the email? Check spam, then sign into your dashboard — the link is always there. If neither works, email support and include your order ID.
Languages: Reports are produced in the language you were browsing in at checkout (English or Hindi). You can request a regenerated copy in the other language at no charge.

Live consultations (chat, call, video)
How: Sessions happen inside VedHoroscope (chat in your dashboard, audio/video via in-browser WebRTC). We do not redirect you to WhatsApp, Telegram, or external numbers — that protects you from impersonation.
Scheduled slots: When you book for a future time, we send a reminder email 30 minutes before, and a Join button appears on your dashboard 10 minutes before. The astrologer also gets the same reminder.
Instant sessions: If the astrologer is shown as Online, the session starts within 60 seconds of you clicking Talk Now. If they don't accept within 2 minutes, your payment is auto-refunded.
Sessions are not recorded by default. If you want a recording, you can enable it before the session starts. Chat transcripts are retained on your account for your reference.

Puja bookings
Confirmation: Within 5 minutes of payment, you receive an email confirming the puja name, pandit, scheduled date and time, and your booking ID (format: PJ-XXXX).
Pandit assignment: If you chose a specific pandit, that's who performs the puja. If you booked a general slot, we assign a verified pandit within 24 hours and email you their details.
Live stream link: 30 minutes before the scheduled start, you receive a unique stream link by email and on your dashboard. The link is single-use and tied to your booking ID — please do not share it.
Recording: The recorded puja stays in your dashboard for 30 days after the date of performance. After that we delete it for storage and privacy reasons.
Prasad: If your puja package includes physical prasad, it ships within 3 business days of the puja date via India Post or a courier of our choosing. Domestic India delivery: 5–10 business days. International delivery: 10–21 business days, customs willing. We share a tracking number once it ships.

Wallet recharge
Wallet credit is credited instantly. Cashfree confirms the payment to our server, and we update your balance before you're redirected back. If you see the success screen but the balance hasn't updated, refresh the page once — there's a 5-second polling window where we wait for Cashfree's webhook. If after 10 minutes the balance is still wrong, email support@vedhoroscope.com with the order ID (RJ-XXXX). Your money is safe — we have a complete server-side ledger.

Where we deliver
Digital services (PDF reports, consultations, online pujas, wallet) are available worldwide, wherever VedHoroscope is accessible. Physical prasad shipments are available to:
India (all PIN codes via Speed Post / Blue Dart / Delhivery)
USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Singapore, Germany, New Zealand (via India Post International or DHL)
Other countries — please contact support before booking a puja with physical prasad; we'll confirm whether we can ship.
Shipping cost is included in the puja price for India. International shipping cost is added at checkout based on weight and destination. Customs duties at the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

If something goes wrong
Lost shipment: We file a claim with the courier and ship a replacement within 5 business days of the courier confirming loss.
Damaged prasad: Take a photo before opening and email support within 48 hours of receipt. We'll send a replacement.
Missing service: If a digital report or live session doesn't reach you within the timelines on this page, you're eligible for a full refund — see the Refund Policy.
