Welcome to VedHoroscope. By accessing or using our website at www.vedhoroscope.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VedHoroscope. Your continued use of the Website following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

VedHoroscope is a bilingual Hindi/English Vedic astrology platform that provides a variety of free and premium astrological tools and content. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly horoscope predictions (Rashifal) for all twelve zodiac signs
• Panchang (Hindu calendar) with tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, and auspicious timings
• Kundli (birth chart) generation and analysis based on Vedic astrology principles
• Kundli Milan (horoscope matching) for marriage compatibility
• Numerology tools including name analysis and life path calculations
• Mangal Dosha, Sade Sati, and Kaal Sarp Dosha analysis
• Nakshatra finder and detailed nakshatra descriptions
• Rahu Kaal and Shubh Muhurat timings
• Tarot card readings
• Festival calendar and auspicious date information
• Baby name suggestions based on astrological parameters
• Consultation services connecting users with professional astrologers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

Certain features of the Website may require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. VedHoroscope will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

• Currency: All prices on VedHoroscope are charged in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Prices displayed in USD, GBP, EUR, AED, etc. are conversions for convenience only; the actual charge to your card occurs in INR and is converted by your card issuer at their prevailing rate. Conversion fees, if any, are charged by your card issuer — not by VedHoroscope.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (an RBI-licensed payment aggregator). VedHoroscope does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank password.
• GST and other taxes: Listed prices are inclusive of any GST or service tax applicable at the time of purchase. Once we are GST-registered, your invoice will show the GST breakdown separately. For international customers, the price is inclusive of all Indian taxes — any import duties or local taxes in your country are your responsibility.
• Price changes: We may change prices at any time. Already-placed orders are honoured at the price you saw at checkout. We do not bill recurring charges without your explicit consent.
• Failed payments and chargebacks: If a payment fails after a service was delivered (e.g., a bank reversal or chargeback for a consultation you attended), we may suspend your account and pursue the unpaid amount through Cashfree's dispute process. Please contact support before raising a chargeback.

The VedHoroscope wallet is a closed-loop prepaid instrument — credit you load can only be spent on VedHoroscope services. It is governed by the Reserve Bank of India's Master Direction on Prepaid Payment Instruments (2021).

• Wallet credit is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or assign your balance to another user.
• Wallet credit does not earn interest.
• Unspent wallet balance is fully refundable on account closure or upon written request, processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Promotional bonus credit (e.g., '₹100 bonus on ₹500 recharge') is not redeemable for cash and is forfeited on refund or account closure.
• Refund mechanics for individual services purchased with wallet credit are described in our Refund Policy.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and astrological interpretations, is the property of VedHoroscope or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from the Website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

All astrological predictions, horoscope readings, kundli analyses, numerology reports, tarot readings, and other divinatory content provided on VedHoroscope are intended solely for entertainment and general guidance purposes. They should not be construed as professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Vedic astrology is a traditional knowledge system, and while we strive to present interpretations that are faithful to classical texts and methods, the accuracy of any prediction or analysis cannot be guaranteed. Individual results and experiences may vary. You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on astrological content from this Website are made at your own risk and discretion.

We strongly encourage you to consult qualified professionals for matters relating to health, finance, law, or any other area requiring specialized expertise. VedHoroscope and its astrologers shall not be held responsible for any actions taken or decisions made based on the astrological content provided.

The Website and all content, tools, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. VedHoroscope disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the reliability, timeliness, or quality of any astrological content, calculations, or predictions provided through the Website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VedHoroscope, its owners, directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Website or any content or services provided through it. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to VedHoroscope, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract content or data from the Website without written permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, other user accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Website
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity
• Using the Website to harass, abuse, or harm another person or to engage in any form of hate speech or discrimination
• Reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Website without prior consent
• Interfering with or circumventing any security features of the Website

The astrologers, pandits, tarot readers, and other practitioners listed on VedHoroscope are independent service providers, not employees or agents of VedHoroscope. We onboard, verify credentials, and provide the platform; they deliver the actual guidance, puja, or reading. VedHoroscope is responsible for platform availability, payment processing, and dispute resolution. The practitioner is responsible for the content, accuracy, and professional quality of their advice. Where an issue is about service quality or conduct, please contact us — we mediate, refund where appropriate, and remove practitioners who violate our standards.

VedHoroscope will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms caused by events outside our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government action, large-scale internet or payment-gateway outages, and labour disputes. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as quickly as possible, communicate clearly with affected users by email, and reschedule or refund services that could not be delivered.

If you believe content hosted on VedHoroscope infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right, please send a notice to copyright@vedhoroscope.com containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work allegedly infringed
• The URL of the allegedly infringing content on VedHoroscope
• Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights-holder
• Your physical or electronic signature

We respond to valid notices within 36 hours, as required by the Information Technology Rules, 2021. Repeat infringers will be removed from the platform. False or bad-faith notices may result in counter-action.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

In compliance with the Information Technology Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, VedHoroscope has appointed a Grievance Officer to address user concerns related to content, account access, data protection, and service quality.

We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days. For content-takedown complaints, our turnaround is 36 hours, as required by the IT Rules.

VedHoroscope reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
