When Moon (Chandra) is weak, you may notice…
- ●Chronic anxiety or sense of unease unrelated to circumstance
- ●Insomnia or vivid disturbing dreams
- ●Distance / sorrow from mother or maternal figures
- ●Water-element ailments — kidney, lymph, swelling, dehydration
- ●Emotional eating or dietary irregularity
The Remedies
Pick 1-2 that fit your life. Do them weekly without missing for at least 3 months.

Place a silver coin or silver bowl filled with water under your pillow each Monday night. Drink the water in the morning.

Drink water exclusively from a silver glass for 40 days. Even one daily glass of silver-infused water settles the mind.

On Monday morning, donate white items — rice, milk, sugar, white cloth, white flowers — to a temple, Brahmin, or anyone in need.

Sleep before 11 PM. Wake before 6 AM. The Moon's protective effect requires alignment with the lunar rhythm.

Honour mother and maternal figures actively — phone calls, visits, gifts, especially on Mondays. The cosmic mother responds when you serve the earthly one.

Spend 15 minutes in moonlight on Purnima nights (Full Moon). Do not look directly at the moon — let the light fall on your skin and mind.
Donate
White rice, milk, white cloth, sugar, mishri (rock sugar), pearls, silver coins, white flowers. Best given on Monday evening.

- • Heavy news consumption before bed
- • Conflict with mother or female elders
