Check your spam / junk / promotions folder first — most provider filters mistake transactional emails for marketing. If it isn't there, open the login page and use "Re-send verification email" after attempting to sign in; we throttle to three sends per 10 minutes, so wait if you've hit the cap. Still nothing after 15 minutes? Your address may be invalid — write to service@vedhoroscope.com from the same inbox you signed up with.
Google-only accounts don't have a password yet — click "Continue with Google" on the login page instead. If you'd prefer a password, use "Forgot password?" — that flow lets you set one for the first time, and after that both options will work.
Refresh the page once — the wallet pill in the sidebar updates the moment we receive the Cashfree webhook (usually within seconds). If it's been over a minute, open /account/wallet and check the transaction history: a row with status "pending" means the payment processor hasn't confirmed yet; a row with status "paid" but no balance change means our webhook landed but the credit failed — write to service@vedhoroscope.com with the order ID and we'll reconcile manually.
The country picker in the navbar (or your IP-detected country) sets the display currency for the whole site. Pick your country once and prices on every page — Kundli reports, pujas, astrologer per-minute rates — switch over without a refresh. Cashfree processes the payment in your local currency at checkout, so what you see is what your card is charged.
Yes — for PDF reports, raise a refund within 24 hours of purchase from the order page or by emailing service@vedhoroscope.com with the order ID. For pujas, refunds before the puja starts are full; after the puja has begun we can only refund the unused portion. Astrologer call/chat minutes are not refundable because the astrologer was already paid for the time consumed.
VedHoroscope uses sidereal (Lahiri ayanamsha) Vedic calculations, not Western tropical. If you've seen a different rashi in a Western horoscope, the difference is normal — for example, a Western Aries born March 25 often becomes a Vedic Pisces. Double-check your birth details on /kundli (city, date, exact time to the minute) — the moon sign especially is sensitive to a single hour.
Most reports are delivered to your email within 2 minutes of payment. The PDF is also available from /account/reports for 30 days after purchase. If 10 minutes pass without delivery, check the order page on your account — the link works even if the email got stuck.
Yes — our pandits perform the puja live in India and you join over Zoom. We handle the samagri (puja materials) on your behalf. The puja is performed in your name (Sankalpa) so the spiritual benefit is yours regardless of physical location. See /nri-puja-services or your country's landing page (e.g. /usa, /uk, /germany) for slot timing tuned to your timezone.
Yes. We send the Zoom recording along with photos from the offering over WhatsApp (and email) by the same evening. Prasad / consecrated items can be couriered for an extra fee on request.
Every astrologer and pandit has at least 10 years of practice, verified credentials (Jyotish Visharad / Acharya / equivalent), and a documented client history. Our admin team runs KYC, qualification checks, and reference calls before onboarding — you're not gambling on a stranger.
Your birth details are stored only in your account, encrypted at rest, never shared with third parties or other users without your explicit consent. We don't sell data, ever. You can delete your account from /account/profile, which permanently scrubs your birth information (and every other personal field) from our database.
Go to /account/profile and scroll to "Delete account." We require your current password as a confirmation step. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — your wallet balance is forfeit, your reports and saved Kundlis are removed from our systems, and the email address becomes unique-able again (so you can sign up fresh if you change your mind later).
Write to us using the form on the contact page — most replies go out within 2–3 business days. For astrology questions about your own chart, the community or a 1-on-1 astrologer is faster.
