About this puja

Havan (Yagna) is the foundational fire ritual of Vedic religion — every other puja includes some element of it. As a standalone, it's performed for purification (after death in family, after illness, before major life events), specific intention-setting (career, marriage, education, healing), or as a regular spiritual practice. The fire (Agni) carries offerings to the gods; the smoke purifies the atmosphere of the home for weeks afterward.
